Eleven signature residences in the heart of New Gudauri, a short walk from the lifts. Ski from the door, come back to underfloor heating and a warm kitchen, and book direct with the people who look after every stay.
Eleven ski-in / ski-out residences at the foot of the slopes in New Gudauri. The snow returns in December, and the best weeks are claimed long before it does.
All eleven are studio apartments in the same building in New Gudauri, the newest quarter of the Gudauri ski resort in Georgia. They are ski-in / ski-out, and the gondola is a 3.5 minute walk from the door. The building sits away from the resort nightlife, so the evenings stay quiet.
A studio takes 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. The fourth-floor apartment takes 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 children. Each has its own kitchen, underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi and a locker in the ski depot downstairs.
Gudauri sits at around 2,000 metres in the Greater Caucasus, about 2.5 hours from Tbilisi on the Georgian Military Highway. The ski season runs from December to April. Altimera lets the apartments by the night year round and as a full ski season rental from 15 December to 15 April, and a number of apartments in the same resort are also for sale.
One company runs the whole collection. Altimera is the rental manager for all eleven apartments and lets them itself, handling the calendar, the rates, the housekeeping and the guests. An enquiry or a booking for any of the eleven goes to Altimera, not to eleven separate owners and not through an agent, and the same team answers before, during and after the stay.
Booking direct means no platform commission and a real person on the mountain looking after the stay. Altimera does not operate or arrange transport: transfer operators are listed in the Gudauri Directory with their own contact details, and you book with them directly.
