What does an Altimera apartment actually achieve?
Across the 2025/26 ski season the Altimera Collection ran at 70% occupancy. February was the strongest month, at around 90% occupancy across the collection, and some individual apartments were fully booked, at 100%, through the whole February high season.

We give the context with the number, because it is the more useful half. That was Altimera's first full season of operation, it ran through a period of regional disruption, and we were still building out the operation while it happened. Occupancy varies by apartment, by year and by how a unit is priced, so read it as a record of what happened rather than as a projection of what yours would do. It is a real number, which is more than anyone else in Gudauri is publishing.
