Bolt operates as a ride-hailing service in the Gudauri and Stepantsminda service area, which gives guests a metered alternative to negotiating with local taxi drivers (widely reported as expensive in Gudauri). Availability of cars in the resort itself is thin and unreliable in bad weather or late at night, so it should not be your only plan for an airport run. There is no phone number; everything is done through the app.
